Completed in 2022 by Berman Brothers Group and D2E Properties, the development includes a residential lounge, rooftop pool, fitness and yoga spaces, coworking facilities and a pet park. The Nines by Kove Collection occupies the ninth floor, while Sonny and Irene sits at ground level. These restaurants operate separately from the residential amenities.
